Over the past five years, she has guided more than 40 women-owned restaurant transactions, resulting in millions of dollars in local investment and more than 150 jobs created. By helping clients secure funding, stabilize deals, and build sustainable businesses, Hannah has become a trusted advocate for women striving for economic mobility through ownership.

Her influence extends beyond individual transactions. Hannah’s leadership has helped multiple women-led businesses expand successfully, including several opening second locations. As the 2025 President of the South Bay Association of REALTORS®, Jennette revitalized member engagement, modernized committee structures, and championed leadership pathways for emerging voices. Her mentorship programs have strengthened new‑agent success rates and contributed to a more inclusive, forward-thinking future for the industry.
