NEW YORK, March 16, 2026 — Hannah Kamba of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic has been named the 2026 Moved By Her Power® Award winner, recognized for expanding economic opportunity for women entrepreneurs in commercial real estate.

Presented by What Moves Her®, the annual award honors women whose leadership is creating measurable impact across the industry. Finalists Michelle Fermin, Team Lead of Fermin & Fox Group, CENTURY 21 North East, and Jennette Toderick, CEO/Broker of Century 21 Coastal Properties, were also recognized for their leadership and commitment to elevating others.

“Hannah, Michelle, and Jennette demonstrate how leadership rooted in integrity, empathy, and action can transform our industry,” said Sue Yannaccone, What Moves Her Founder. “They lead with heart, courage, and a commitment to lifting others, creating pathways for women to grow and thrive. Their long-lasting impact is measurable in the way they strengthen their communities, inspire future leaders, and set a powerful standard for what women in real estate leadership can be.”

Now in its third year, the award received more than 90 nominations spotlighting women who are breaking barriers, building community, and championing meaningful change across the real estate industry.

2026 Moved By Her Power Award Winner: Hannah Kamba — CBC Atlantic

Hannah Kamba was selected for her extraordinary dedication to expanding opportunity for women, especially Hispanic and minority entrepreneurs, within the commercial real estate industry. Over the past five years, she has guided more than 40 women-owned restaurant transactions, resulting in millions of dollars in local investment and more than 150 jobs created. By helping clients secure funding, stabilize deals, and build sustainable businesses, Hannah has become a trusted advocate for women striving for economic mobility through ownership.

Her influence extends beyond individual transactions. Hannah’s leadership has helped multiple women-led businesses expand successfully, including several opening second locations. She was also recently recognized as one of Coldwell Banker’s Rising Stars, further cementing her as a powerful force shaping the future of commercial real estate.

2026 Finalist: Michelle Fermin — Fermin & Fox Group, CENTURY 21 North East

Michelle Fermin was honored for her ability to pair exceptional business success with a deep dedication to elevating others. A global top‑producing leader and recent inductee into the CENTURY 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame, she has built one of the brand’s most successful teams worldwide.

Michelle’s true legacy lies in the opportunities she creates: founding women’s empowerment networks, establishing scholarships for future real estate professionals, and developing global career pathways that expand access to meaningful work. Her mentorship and authenticity have inspired generations of industry professionals to lead with confidence and heart.

2026 Finalist: Jennette Toderick — Century 21 Coastal Properties

Jennette Toderick was recognized for her transformative leadership, steady guidance through change, and commitment to cultivating strong professional communities. During a major brokerage transition, her transparent, people-first leadership resulted in a 98% agent retention rate and a significant increase in morale.

As the 2025 President of the South Bay Association of REALTORS®, Jennette revitalized member engagement, modernized committee structures, and championed leadership pathways for emerging voices. Her mentorship programs have strengthened new‑agent success rates and contributed to a more inclusive, forward-thinking future for the industry.

“What Moves Her was created to celebrate the power of women who lift as they lead, and this year’s honorees embody that mission in extraordinary ways,” said Lindsay Listanski, What Moves Her Chair. “Their stories show what’s possible when talent meets purpose and when the heart guides every action. They remind us that progress happens when we champion one another and that, together, we can move anything.”

Originally launched in partnership with the Coldwell Banker brand in 2020, What Moves Her® has since expanded its reach to the entire former Anywhere Real Estate family of brands and throughout the broader real estate industry. Following Anywhere’s merger with Compass in early 2026, the campaign now operates under their newly formed holding company, Compass International Holdings, where it will continue to expand its reach globally, building a stronger network of women who lift, support, and inspire one another.
