Coldwell Banker Warburg – a top NYC brokerage for more than a century – recently hosted an intimate crowd for a panel discussion at The Shafer Clinic. This event, held on October 16th, was presented in partnership with What Moves Her NYC, a campaign dedicated to supporting the growth of women in the real estate industry.

The panel featured a distinguished lineup including Dr. David Shafer, a renowned plastic surgeon and the founder of the Shafer Clinic, dermatologist Dr. Dendy Engelman, USA Today best-selling author and breast oncologist Dr. Elizabeth Comen, and psychologist Dr. Marianna Strongin. Some of the notable attendees included What Moves Her founder and the president and CEO of Anywhere Brands, Sue Yannacone, Anywhere Brands’ Chief People Officer Tanya Reu-Narvaez, and the Northeast regional president of Coldwell Banker Realty, Pauline Bennett.

For those in the high-pressure real estate industry, the panel emphasized the importance of prioritizing physical and mental well-being. “Never apologize for self-care,” stated Dr. Dendy Engelman. “It’s not selfish. It’s really crucial to continue [professionally] in a proper way.”
