What Moves Her® was created to help women in the real estate industry develop their leadership skills and realize their professional development goals. Since the campaign was introduced in 2020, our community has grown and we are proud to share the stories of women who have attended the events, utilized the tools and taken part in What Moves Her to help them grow professionally and personally.

How did you first hear about What Moves Her? How did you become involved?
I first heard of “What Moves Her” after being asked to speak at our ONE21 2022 conference in Las Vegas this March. I had an interview to speak on a panel and tell my story about female homeownership. I run a team of 3 agents in addition to myself, all with young girls. Our mission is to instill a belief in our girls that they are powerful and can do anything if they set their mind to it! Whether owning a home, creating and running a successful business, or investing in real estate.
What have been some of the key takeaways from the events you have attended?
The events and trainings are educational with groundbreaking business advice & top-notch instructors that we can immediately incorporate into our daily business.
Can you share how What Moves Her has helped you in your career?
Running a team of myself and three agents has taught me leadership skills and ideas on efficient ways to run a team, life, and our business.
What are you most looking forward to seeing in the future of the What Moves Her community?
We are most excited about spreading the word to women in our community about the benefits of homeownership and real estate investing at a young age. Real estate ownership and investing are opportunities for them to grow their portfolio at a young age and gain wealth through homeownership.
